Returns that fail to meet these conditions within our Conditions of Return Policy can unfortunately not be accepted. Please feel free to contact us for assistance before placing your order. Please Note

- Customers returning items are offered either a refund, exchange or store credit.

- Refunds are given on a case by case basis.

- Faulty or damaged items are entitled to an exchange, store credit or full refund.

- All returns are subject to our Conditions of Return Policy. Any returns that fail to meet these conditions within our Conditions of Return Policy can unfortunately not be accepted. 

- All returns are processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and in the original payment method.

- Any changes to exchange rates at the time of return processing is out of our control. 

- We fail to take responsibility of any returned items lost in transit, and/or any import duties and taxes incurred while in transit.

 

Conditions of Return

- Items must be unworn, unused in all original packaging with all tags still attached (please be careful with perfume & make up when trying on as we are unable to accept any returns with stains). 

- All fragrances must be unopened and have its original plastic seal still around the box to be returned.

- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

- All sale items are not eligible for refund. We can of course look into swapping  your garment for a different size if available.
